As a psychotherapeutic counsellor I will gently guide you through a creative workshop, helping you develop your intentions and goals. I will support you to create your own vision board to help you achieve these. Spring into Spring 2025 with clarity and purpose.
Have you ever fancied creating a Vision Board but are unsure where to start?
Do you have some hopes, dreams and ideas but are yet to set clear intentions?
Would you like to spend an evening with like minded people, enjoy a glass of prosecco on arrival, graze on healthy snacks and create your own Vision Board?
I will lead you through a creative workshop, where you will identify your aims, set clear intentions (no need to share with others). You will create a Vision Board (all materials will be provided) that will provide focus and inspiration to help you achieve your goals.
